How It Works:
When the Quirk isn't activated, the only appearance you get of a devil is red skin. But when the Quirk is activated, flames spew off and the user grows horns, wings, a tail, and their fingernails get sharp
Drawback:
They have to recharge their hours of their devil form, kind of like All Might with his Muscle Form.
