How It Works:
When the user touches two people, they can swap the two people's Quirks. For example, if they touch Aoyama and Kirishima, Kiri can blast a naval laser and Aoyama can harden his body. This can even work with Quirkless people. The user can touch Melissa Shield and Bakugo. Melissa can use explosions while Bakugo becomes a Quirkless loser.
Drawbacks:
The user has to touch the two people in order for it to work. And the power swap stays swapped until the user touches the two people again.
