How It Works:
If the user ingests a person's blood, they can create a clone of the person who they ingested. But the clone would only do evil deeds. It won't grab you a cup of soda, but it will rob banks and kill others.
Drawbacks:
They can only make two clones at a time. The clone is made from the user's hands. The user's hand falls off and turns into the clone. Two hands, two clones
