How It Works:
When activated, anything around the user within a five foot radius will drop instantly. This radius is around and upwards. And it works on projectiles too. So if the user were to get a bullet shot, the bullet would flatten on the ground.
Drawback:
The user can't move because the gravity is making their legs stuck.
