How It Works:
The user is able to transport anywhere in the world via lightning. And the transportation is instant. When they have a set place in mind, a lightning strike will strike down on the user and transport them to wherever.
Drawback:
It mostly works when there's a thunderstorm. It does work when its a clear day, but it doesn't transport them instantly and it's a few meters away from the set destination.
