How It Works:
The user has deadly vision. By opening their right eye, an explosion happens on whatever they are looking at. By opening their left eye, whatever they look at sets on fire.
Drawbacks:
They can't open their eyes. When they open their eyes, the Quirk activates. It's sort of like Cyclops from X-Men.
