How It Works:
The user is very dangerous. When someone gets within ten feet of the user, that someone's Quirk gets nullified until they get back to ten feet away. This works with every Quirk. Shoji will revert to two arms. Mina's skin will change to whatever skin color you'd think Mina would have. The engines on Iida's legs will just go away. Though, when they get back to ten feet away, it will cause immense pain when they get their Quirk back. Specifically where the Quirk mostly is.
Drawback:
They CANNOT turn off this Quirk
