How It Works:
If the user touches someone with a Quirk, their power grows stronger. For example, if the user touches Aoyama, he can shoot his laser for 5 seconds before his stomach hurts.
Drawbacks:
The user must touch the person before the Quirk takes action. If there's no one around, the Quirk is useless.
