What It Does:
It's basically the Mirror Dimension from Doctor Strange. You can make the world in a way you see fit. But it doesn't fit as the whole world, but as a 10 mile radius.
Drawbacks:
The more you use this Quirk, the more your body starts to change. If you use the Quirk too much, your body will look messed up for a few hours.
