How It Works
The user is able to undo the effects of a Quirk. For example, if kaminari charges someone's phone with his quirk, the user can undo the charge. Or if Shigaraki decayed an object or a person, the user can put that object back together.
Drawback:
If the Quirk made something completely vanish out of existence, like if Thirteen used their black hole on something, they can't undo it.
