How It Works:
When the user activate's the Quirk, their eyes turn a bright yellow. With this Quirk, they look at a person. The person's vision goes completely blind except for one thing: the thing that the person fears the most.
Drawback:
When the user's eyes are the bright yellow, they can't see anything. Plus, they start to hyperventilate when they make other people see their fear.
little idea for if you use this: the one with the Quirk just has really bad asthma. so i think thats cool
