Everyone sat around the dining table with bowls full of Japche and hungry smiles.

"Enjoy guys!" Jin grins, Hoseok and the others wasting no time in digging into their lunch once they've heard this.

However, Y/n can't help but feel nauseous.

She knows the right thing to do is tell the guys about her living situation, that's why she agreed to do so in the first place.

But still, she feels embarrassed by it.

She's worried and nervous and all around just doesn't have an appetite.

Unlike last time Y/n ate with the guys, Jimin is now on the opposite side of the dining table and Y/n is left between Taehyung and Yoongi.

Not that she minds sitting beside them, it's just she could really use one of Jimin's hands to hold right about now...

She's not close enough with the Tae or Yoongi to comfortably hold their hand just yet, so instead she silently stares down at her food dreading the conversation to come.

As the guys all eat, she tunes in and out of their conversations. Occasionally raising her head and smiling or nodding when someone asks her a question.

But aside from that, she sits quietly in her seat waiting for Jin to bring up the elephant in the room

That is, until Taehyung notices Y/n hasn't touched her food.

He wonders if she's alright, noticing how little she talked at the table so far and questioning why her mood shifted so suddenly.

Earlier, when she was with Jin and Hoseok she was all smiling and happy.

"Could it be..." he wonders "Me making her uncomfortable?"

Taehyung frowns slightly at the thought.

He doesn't want to be the reason Y/n is unable to enjoy her lunch...

"Hyung?" Taehyung whispers to the older boy beside him, the wolf hybrid's sliver ears twitching in acknowledgment. "Could we switch spots maybe?"

Namjoon quirks a brow at his younger mate's request. He thought Taehyung would be pleased to sit next to Y/n?

"I feel squished." Tae explains, his lie easily convincing the hybrid man as he smiles in amusement and nods.

Taehyung whispers a quick thanks before the two hybrids swiftly swap spots.

Y/n doesn't notice though. Her eyes are too occupied with the bowl of lunch in front of her as her mind fills with countless thoughts of panic and worry.

"You haven't eaten any of your food." Yoongi points out, his statement void of any real tone aside from factual.

Y/n glances up with a small pout resting on her lips.

"Hmm?"

"Your food." Yoongi points his silverware down to Y/n's full bowl of Japchae. "You haven't even taken a bite yet."

"Oh..." Y/n looks back down to her bowl and forces a small smile. "I'm not really hungry."

Yoongi finds this odd seeing as the entire way home he'd over heard she and Jimin chatting about how good Jin's lunch food is.
