The party was in full swing and I was busy conversing with guests, Blair looked bored. I grabbed a a couple of candy canes. I sat down next to her.
"Christmas sweetness for you." She took it off me
"Can I ask you something?" she wondered and I nodded
"Is there something going on between you and Humphrey." I snap my head towards her
"Dan and I? No why?" I was beyond confused why would she even think that. Where the hell did that even come from?
"No reason. Just he got you that necklace, you got him a notebook." her voice trailed off.
"So you jumped to that because of our gifts. Blair, I try to be thoughtful with all my presents, you know that. It's my way of showing I care."
"I know." she kissed my cheek then went to leave when It came to me.
"Hold it." i pulled her back down "Is Serena Jealous?"
"No, why?" she said a little too fast
"No way, she is." I laughed, Oh this, this was priceless. And just so...I don't even know how to explain it.
"Rosie, she saw you and Dan at the lunchon a little too close for comfort." she told me
"I just knocked down her Grandma for being a bitch. Quite epic may add you would have been super proud of me. I need to speak with her." I got up and went upstairs. Serena was on Blairs bed citing out snowflakes.
"Serena can I talk with you."
"Right now. I'm busy." she replied Erica and Vanessa were there too
"Fine I will say it in from too the others. There is nothing going on between me and Dan." her head shot up
"Blair told you." she grumbled
"I figured it out after she asked me, what you were thinking. And I'm actually quite insulted you would think I would stoop to your level of pettiness and while remaining sober." I folded my arms
"I saw you before and during Cotillion."
"You're grandma was being a grade A bitch and trying to scare Dan off. I heard what she said to him and if you were in my position you would of and should have stuck up for him as well. That 'moment' was after I epically knocking her down a few pegs. And I wouldn't of had to if you had released CeCe Rhodes is still living in the dark ages of social classes." I retorted
"Hey!" Eric protested
"Oh come on it's not a new revelation. As for the presents Vanessa being the long time best friend she is. Is a great help. And all this proves is that Dan actually listens to my ramblings" I pointed to my necklace. "I actually says a lot if your if a couple of presents and a few hugs between friends threatens you." She and Eric looked as if they were in a state of shock. Vanessa looked very amused
