Wow, it's been 4 weeks today since I updated! 

I'm so sorry to make you all wait so long :L 

Life has been crazy, and considering it's holidays, I have put on weight - quite a bit. 

I now weight 92.6 - embarrassing figures that make me want to shoot myself, but I know why.

I've been slack with exercise. 

BUT NO LONGER! 

I have no excuses because it's now holidays, so what I'm going to do everyday is go to the park near my house and run laps on the oval. 

ALSO, EAT CINNAMON. 

Cinnamon seems to be one of those magic foods that can help you shed kilos WHEN you have a good diet with exercise. 

Crazy, but true. Because it's a spice, it increases your metabolism, helping you to burn more kilojules, just like cajun pepper or paprika.

Anyway, I'll update you all in a week today and we'll see how much progress I've made. 

Your encouragement has helped SO much, and thank you guys for keeping me accountable.
