Well, I have lost 1.1 kilos :D

I weight 92.5 kilos, and I have been exercising every day! 

I also realized that my original weight goal (around 40 kilos) was very unrealistic, and so I am now aiming to weigh 50 kilos! I think that is a very good goal, and realistic. 

I have put together a certain exercise regime, seeing how I am on holidays, and it lasts for an hour; some people may not have that time, but everybody has at least 20 minutes per day where they do something like facebook, or playing games, etc. 

So if you think you don't have time, do some exercise then! :D

This is my one hour regime:

- 10 minutes treadmill

- 5 minutes cycling

- 10 minutes lifting dumbells / squats alternatively (1 minute dumbells, 1 minute squats, etc)

- 5 minutes sit-ups

- 5 minutes jogging lightly back and forth in my backyard

- 5 minutes push ups

- 5 minutes cycling

- 5 minutes lifting dumbells / squats alternatively (1 minute dumbells, 1 minute squats, etc)

- 10 minutes treadmill

- - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - 

I know this may look like a LOT, but when I finsh, I don't feel like it's been that long, I feel GOOD! 

I'm off to do my workout, and I hope you can fit some exercise in today, because EVERYONE can lose weight <3
