Had my weigh-in today... exactly 1kg lighter than last week!!! 

I weight 88.8 kilos now, and I haven't been able to do much running the last few days because of my injured muscle.

So instead I've had to take it kind of easy, and do lots of stretching. 

But I've also done some slow walking, bike-riding and swimming as alternatives to running. 

Shows you that you can still lose weight, even if you're injured!

So this result feels pretty fantastic. 

I'm really tired; working with my dad 5 days a week in a hot factory in the middle of summer... not exactly my idea of fun. 

But it'll be worth it!! Because of America :) 

Oh, and here's a random fact: 10 months from tomorrow is the very last HSC exam for 2013... how flipping crazy is that!
