Sara and Draco's relationship had been getting more serious throughout the week. They spent every minute together, and never separated unless necessary. Sara started to soften up with Draco as he became more honest and soft with her. They opened up to each other.
(Monday) ————————————————————— DRACO'S POV ————————————————————— I waited in the common room for Sara. She was suppose to come to my room last night because I hadn't seen her the day before but didn't... and I was to tired to check on her.
Liz sat by me on the couch.
"Looking for Sara...?", she asked me.
"Yep.", I said with my arms crossed while starring straight forward.
"Well she hasn't been out her dorm in two days...nobody has seen her...", Liz told me. I started to worry. I stood up.
"...I...I should go check on h-" I got cut off by the bell.
I looked at the stairs up to Sara's room and sighed as I walked out the common room to class. I sat in potions class and couldn't help but think of Sara.
Snape walked in and started talking but everything seemed muffled as I couldn't help but think of Sara was okay. I missed her... I hadn't seen her in TWO whole days. I missed her voice, her touch. Without her...I couldn't think straight.
I stood up quickly.
"Mr. Malfoy what do you think your doing interrupting my class...??", Snape asked me.
I looked around to everyone starring at me.
"I need to go...",I grabbed my bag and ran out the room.
I quickly walked through the hallways and walked to the slytherin common room. I walked upstairs to Sara's room and knocked on the door.
"Sara...!!", I banged on the door.
"Baby...please open the door...",I sighed. I'm worried about her. I took out my wand.
"Alohomora..." I said unlocking the door and barging into her room. I put my wand back in my pocket.
"Sara...?", I said while looking around the room. I closed the door behind me.
"Sara??",I saw her blankets shift and walked up to her bed.
I lifted up the blanket to see Sara...she was asleep and her face looked red. I pressed my hand against her cheek and she was burning up.
"Princess...?", I whispered and shook her lightly.
She woke up and looked at me.
"Princess are you okay...?", I asked her while running my hands through her hair.
"Dray...w..what are you doing...here..?", she asked. She sounded stuffy. I got real worried.
"Are you sick darling...?",I asked. She nodded.
"Why didn't you tell me..??",I asked.
"I was...going to send you...a letter...but I fell asleep...for two days...", she whined.
"You didn't get up..at all!?", I asked.
"I mean...I went to the bathroom...", she said.
"When was the last time you ate...??", I asked.
"When was the last time I saw you...??", she asked.
"For merlin's sake...I'll be back...",I walked out the room and ran down to the dining hall to get snacks. ——————————————————————— SARA'S POV ————————————————————— I don't even remember half of that conversation all I knew was that Draco was here. I heard the door close and the sound echoed through the room which made my ears hurt. My whole body ached. I felt horrible. I hadn't got out of bed in two days.
My stomach was all queasy and I wanted to go back to sleep. I started to doze off whenever I heard the door open and close.
"Sara...?", I heard as Draco walked up to me with snacks in his hand.
"..Dray...you should go...I don't want you getting sick...",I told him while sitting up in my bed.
"But...I can't focus when your not around... I don't care if I get sick! I just...I need to make sure your okay...",He said with a worried look on his face.
"Now eat.", he said while handing me a pumpkin pasty.
I took the pumpkin pasty and took a bite as Draco put the snacks on my nightstand and sat next to me. He slid his hand down to my lower back and rubbed my back as I ate the pumpkin pasty.
"Sara...",He said. I looked at him.
"Come here...!", He opened his arms. I laid my head on his chest as he wrapped his arms around me. ——————————————————————— For the rest of the day Draco laid with Sara... whispering sweet nothings in her ear, getting her drinks, helping her through her sick day. Draco read to Sara as she fell asleep in his arms.
