I was waiting for Fleur in the Great Hall like I usually do.
I also enjoyed watching people putting their name into the Goblet.
I checked my watch again. Fleur should be here by now! Madame Maxime is probably talking with her again.
She put her name in the goblet two days ago when the Hall was empty because she didn't want all the attention.
I saw a Hufflepuff boy put his name into the goblet.
I think his name is Cedric Diggory. I met a girl named Hannah Abbot the other day and she told me about her friends and how Cedric Diggory wants to participate in the tournament.
"Yeah!" I turned to the door of the Great hall and saw the Weasley twins running into the Hall followed by cheering of some other students.
They jumped onto the branches and high fived some of the other students that were cheering.
I decided to draw my attention to them. I haven't talk to them since the library, but I heard about their pranking
"Well lads we did it!" Fred (I think) said
"Cooked it just this morning" George added. I saw that they had bottles in their hands
"It's not going to work!" said a girl sitting next to them
"Oh yeah" they sat down next to her
"And why is that Granger?" George asked curious
"You see this?" she looked at them "This is an age line. Dumbledore drew it himself!" she explained, and she was right. Dumbledore is one of the most powerful wizards out there.
"So?" Fred asked
"SO! A genius like Dumbledore couldn't possibly be fouled by something as pathetically dim-witted as an aging potion" she explained
"But that is why is so brilliant" Fred said
"Because it's so pathetically dim-witted" George finished the sentence.
They got up again "Ready Fred?" "Ready George?"
"Bottoms up!" they said before crossing their arms and drinking the potion
They jumped into the circle and it seemed to work. Everyone began cheering but I didn't really know what to think about it.
They put their names in the goblet and for a second I actually started to believe that it worked but then flames shot out of the goblet and the twins flew back into my direction.
Their hair turned white and suddenly they were wrestling each other.
People kept cheering for them until they all turned around.
I stood up to see what this sudden turn in attention was all about when I saw that Victor Krum entered the Hall just when he threw his name into the goblet.
He then left again and chattering broke out
"Oi French girl" I heard Fred say but I wasn't sure if he meant me "Y/L/N"
"What?" I asked trying to not burst out in laughter looking at them with their white hair
"What do you think we should do?" he asked
"First of all you should have listened to that Granger girl and for now you should go to the Hospital Wing" I told him starting to laugh
"Not funny!" George complained
"You actually thought it would work?" I asked
"We know that it didn't work out you don't have to remind us!" but I saw that he had problems not to burst out in laughter too
