The next few weeks were pretty stressful. I had to get used to all the homeworks that I kept getting.
I was happy that I have met Osbert because it was certainly easier to get through all the work without him.
He lived in a small flat in Diagon Alley so we usually walked home together, especially because it was safer that way but also because we just got along really good.
It was quite comforting knowing that I didn't have to go home alone at night since we sometimes stayed in the library later in the evening after official lessons ended.
I didn't get to spend a lot of time with George or even Fred because we were usually tired after a long day of work and just went to bed.
Sometimes I would even come home to find them already asleep, sometimes even on the couch while they worked on some new products for the shop.
The only time we all sat together was breakfast but even that I spent alone occasionally.
It was another Wednesday night and I was walking home with Osbert.
"I can't believe we have to write another essay by Monday" he complained about the essay our professor set in our last lesson today
"I know right! I mean we have enough work already! We don't need another essay we have to write" I chuckled
"That is what I thought" he chuckled "Oh by the way I heard that there is a really nice pub just outside of Diagon Alley. Would you like to go there maybe on Saturday night?" he suggested
"It is a Muggle pub since it is outside of Diagon Alley?" I asked curiously
"Oh yeah it is! But I don't mind that at all"
"Me neither!" I smiled "I mean I haven't really interacted with Muggleda a lot because my parents both grew up with magic and so did I but I really don't get why some many wizards despise them so much! I mean they have done nothing wrong" I pointed out
"Well except from burning what they thought to be witches and wizards" he chuckled
"Well yeah" I laughed
"See you tomorrow then?" he asked as we stopped in front of the shop
"Yes! I will see you tomorrow" I smiled "'Till tomorrow" I said before I entered the shop.
The shop was completely dark since it was closed a few hours ago so I took out my wand from my pocket and quickly said "Lumos" so that I would be able to see the steps I was walking up.
But before I even set foot at the bottom of stairs someone grabbed me by my shoulders.
I screamed and turned around just to light up the face of Fred
"You scared me!" I told him "What are you doing down here in the dark?"
"I was just checking on the Pygmy Puffs real quick and when I saw you at the door I thought it would be quite funny to surprise you" he chuckled
"Oh yes it was very funny Fred!" I said sarcastically even though I had to bite back a smile
"So why are you home so late?" Fred asked me as we walked upstairs
"I was in the library doing some homeworks" I explained "Why are you asking?"
"It's just that you shouldn't walk around alone at that time of the day" he told me
"Do you care for me?" I chuckled
"Of course I do," Fred stopped "Why shouldn't I?"
"I don't know!" I laughed as we reached the top of the stairs "but besides that I wasn't walking home alone! Osbert was with me" I explained
