"Keefe," Fitz said, his heavily accented voice thicker with emotion.
"Fitz," Keefe breathed, just slightly covering Fitz's hands with his own.
"I'm in love with you," Fitz whispered.
Keefe buried his face into the place between Fitz's shoulder and neck. "I thought you'd never say. I'm in love with you, too."
It was an emotional moment for the both of them, Keefe thought. He could see his own tears reflected back in Fitz's eyes.
"Will you -" Keefe started.
"What?" Fitz asked. "If it's in my power, I'll do it."
Keefe took a steadying breath. "I would like it . . . if you were to be my boyfriend."
Fitz broke into a wide grin. "Really?"
Keefe nodded. "Yeah." He knew he shouldn't be nervous - Fitz had already told him that he loves him, but something like that could still be nerve wracking.
"Then yes, of course. Nothing would make me happier."
Keefe wrapped his arms around Fitz, the both of them hugging in an eternal bond that would only make them stronger.
