"And I don't just like her for her looks but if you haven't noticed she's beautiful."

We heard a knock on the door and we knew it was Flynn. Julie and I went to go get the door.

"Thanks for coming." Julie said. "We just wanted to rehearse the song so it was perfect, which it's not but whatever." I told her. She pointed a finger at us, "No, if I'm gonna hear a song from your imaginary ghost band I want it to be perfect. So get back in there. All of you. You too."

We both chuckled, "They're not out here." Julie told her. "Oh, I know." Flynn said and then walked in. Julie sighed and we closed the doors and went in.

"Alright guys, you ready?" Julie asked and they all nodded. "Uh, actually, can you go over there? Reggie needs some space to rock out, and he feels kinda weird walking through you." Julie told her.

She started laughing, "Boy, when you two create a world, you really live in it. And Jess, come on the first guy that you've ever dated, is imaginary?" I rolled my eyes and Reggie looked at me, clearly excited that he was the first guy I've dated.

"Just sit." Julie told her. And Flynn took a seat. "If you'll notice, there's no equipment that will produce a hologram. Feel free to look around." Julie told her while she walked over to join me at the piano.

"The guys took a poem that I wrote about you and put it to music." Julie told her. "Aww. I wish I didn't have to talk to your dad after this." Flynn told us. We both chuckled, "It's called flying solo. Hope you like it." I told her.

Julie made a beat and then sat down and we started playing and Julie was singing, "If I leave you on a bad note, Leave you on a sad note, Guess that means I'm buying lunch that day, I know all your secrets, You know all my deep-dish, Guess that means some things they never."

Now it was my turn to sing, "They never change, We both know what I, what I, What I mean, When I look at you, it's like I'm looking at me."

Now all the boys joined and started playing, Julie and I sang together and the guys sang the background lyrics, "My life, my life would be real low, zero, flying solo, My life, my life would be real low, zero, flying solo without you, Hey, yeah, yeah, Hey, yeah, yeah, My life, my life would be real low, zero, flying solo without you."

We went over to Flynn and started singing, "Yeah, you know who I'm likin' way before I liked them, duh, 'Cause you liked them first, And if somebody hurts you, I'm gonna get hurt too That's just how we work, yeah, that's just how we work, It will never change, We both know what I, what I, What I mean, When I look at you, it's like I'm looking at me."

Then we took Flynn and brought her around by each of the guys. "My life, my life would be real low, zero, flying solo, My life, my life would be real low, zero, flying solo without you, Hey, yeah, yeah." First was Luke and he scared her a little bit.

Next was Alex, when Flynn got over she started dancing, "Hey, yeah, yeah, My life, my life would be real low, zero, flying solo without you."

Then we brought her over to Reggie and we started playing lightly so the boys could still be seen. She stuck her arm through Reggie. "Weird right?" He asked. "They're ghosts!" Flynn exclaimed. "Oh, we prefer, uh, musician spirits." Alex told her.

"So, Julie.... Jess.... does this mean you're joining our band?" Luke asked. "Actually I think you're joining their band." Flynn corrected. "I'm gonna go with what she said." Julie told them. "So am I." I said.
