《Chapter Three》

"Hey Luna, could you go dress Conny up for her adoption? We want her to make a good impression for her new parents, yes?" Mama said with a smile, with me nodding to her in agreement. 

"Of course, Mama, I'll get her ready for her adoption." I said with a smile of my own. I suddenly felt my hand being grabbed by someone, looking behind me to see who it was, it was Conny.

"Great timing Conny! Let's go head back up to get you prepared m'kay?" I said, patting the little blonde girl happily. 

"Okay!!" Conny said as she hugged Little Bunny even tighter. The two of us then went upstairs, with me giving her the formal attire that everyone had when they were getting adopted.

"You excited to meet your new parents, Conny?" I asked as I placed a jacket onto Conny. 

"Mhm!! I can't wait to meet my new family! I hope we can play games and draw together!" Conny said happily. 

"But don't worry Luna! I'll be sure to visit you once I grow up!" Conny exclaimed, trying to reassure me that she wouldn't forget about me.

"Yeah, if you can find me that is." I chuckled, placing a black hat on her blonde hair.

"Well, looks like you're all set for your new journey! Come on, let's head downstairs so that everyone can say goodbye to you." I said as I held her hand. 

As the two of us went downstairs, we saw Mama standing near the rails of the stairs. 

"You look amazing Conny!! You'll look absolutely amazing in front of your new parents!!" Isabella said, twirling Conny around as if she was still a baby.

After that, everyone gathered near the front door, where Conny stood with little bunny. 

"I know I'm not as smart nor strong as you all, but you all meant so much to me! I'll write you all tons of letters!!" Conny said as she held her plush tightly. Suddenly, I heard Don crying in tears. if he was trying to hold back his tears for Conny, he was doing a bad job of doing so. 

"C'mon Don, be happy for Conny." I said as I patted Don on the back. As soon as he started crying though, Conny started shedding tears seconds after. 

"I don't wanna leave!! waaaaaa!!!" Conny said as she cried once more.

"And I thought this couldn't get any b e t t e r." I said sarcastically.

 "We should go now Conny, your new parents are waiting for you at the gate!" Mama said as she held Conny's hand. 

"Conny, one more thing." I said before having Mama continue with Conny. 

"When you meet your new parents, make sure to give them a good punch in the face for me, that's my message for them." I said as I patted Conny's head once more.

Conny smiled back at my gesture and after that, Mama and Conny left the house. 

"Alrighty! Lets go clean this trash can!" I said, referencing the dining room.
