Chapter 11- Promise?

You wake up refreshed and feel amazing. You and Brennen have a 'date' at noon, then you come home you and Katrina are picking out movies for Saturday's movie night, and finally, you'll be home alone. Maybe you can convince someone to invite Andrea over so you can make good friends with her. You gotta get ready! 
Y/n- DEV
Devyn- WHAT
Y/n- I NEED HELP WITH MAKEUP!
Devyn- COMING!
Y/n- DEVYN!!!!!
Devyn- WHAT?!
Y/n- HURRY UP 
You hear her laugh and footsteps running around until there's a knock on your door
Y/n- I've been ready for you I don't need you to knock
You say this as your sitting in a bralette and spandex shorts. Devyn comes in, trying to be quick to shut the door. You laugh seeing Colby jokingly try to peak through.
Devyn- go away, Colby! She's practically naked
Colby- Oh lemme in lemme in!!!
Devyn- oh my god get out!!
She basically slams that door in his face and locks it. 
Colby- aweee, I just wanted a peeek
Y/n- maybe later hot stuff, I gotta date with Brennen remember
Colby laughs and walks away
Colby- I'll hold you to that!
Devyn- oh what kind of sex agreement did you just make
Y/n- the kind I won't put off
Devyn- he's a player girl... the amount of-
Y/n- Hey, I was joking. 
Devyn- Promise? 
Y/n- Devyn. I was jokinggg
You avoid her question. Were you really kidding?

So you're with Brennen now. He's been asking questions about Colby, which you think is kinda weird. 
Y/n- Bren, you sure you don't like him?
Brennen- I'm just making sure you don't... He's a to-
Y/n- A player? I know, Devyn told me
Brennen- I was gonna say a tough one to stay with but that's also true
Y/n- would y'all stop shitting on him? He hasn't invited a girl over since I moved in! How would I know to trust you? 
Brennen- He's done it before to so many girls.. so it's just something we all kinda assume hasn't changed
Y/n- That make's sense...
Brennen- do you trust me?
Y/n- of course... your my best friend
Brennen- promise? 
Y/n- yes Bren.. I promise
But... why hasn't Colby had girls over? Why did Brennen really leave his room In a fit of anger? IS he telling the truth?

Katrina- How was your dateee?
Y/n- It was pretty fun!
Katrina- well I'm glad you got to go out and have fun. 
Y/n- Speaking of fun,  think 50 shades and instant family are good movies?
Katrina- oh. my. god. I haven't watched those in for freaking ever!
Y/n- I'll take that as a yes then
You and her laugh and pick a couple more movies before sam calls her over to go.
Y/n- can you guys call Andrea over? I wanna meet her, and I don't wanna be home alone
Katrina- Colby's staying home 
Y/n- oh! Nevermind then
She notices your excitement
Katrina- Just.. your not gonna do anything funny right? 
Y/n- yeah yeah we won't
Katrina- Promise?
Y/n- Katttt go have funnn

Colby comes downstairs to see you on the couch watching a movie in your pj's and a messy bun. You thought he was gonna stay upstairs because he looked like he was ready to take a nap.
Y/n- oh! Hi colby. Ew I look like trash sorry
Colby- nah your fine, you look amazing too
Y/n- I don't like liars
Colby- then it's a good thing I'm inevitably truthful
Y/n- but I also like mystery 
Colby- Then it's a good thing I don't tell people everything

He points to the spot next to you
Y/n- just like me, no it's not
He chuckles and sits by you
Y/n- want me to change the movie?
Colby- nah, I have a beautiful sight to watch right here
He looks into your eyes and you blush, which must have done something to him as his eyes get darker.
Colby- I'll never look at another girl the way I look at you...
