I get up to go take a walk as I've been noticeably stressed lately.

I jump and look back at him, smiling a bit

Colby- the sky
Y/N- well duh
Colby- what if I prove to you that you're loved beyond belief by at least one person
Y/N- I'd be surprised
All of a sudden we hear someone call our names out
Y/N- BRENNEN
I squeal and run to him jumping in his arms. I manage to give Colby a look saying to stay quiet about the days' events and he nods right before I kiss Brennen's cheek.
~flashback~
You're walking down the sidewalk looking down at your phone. You're in LA. You were gonna audition for an acting part but you just bombed it. Don't cry, y/n. It's not worth it in front of people.
Y/N- Hey!
Brennen- oh sorry I guess I wasn't watching where I was-
You both make eye contact and your heart skips a beat. You clear your throat
Y/N- my names y/n
Brennen- Brennen
This blossomed into a great friendship.
~flash forward~
Brennen- I missed you
I giggle and stand back on my own two feet
Y/N- I missed you too
We were just friends, really good friends. We had decided to stay friends as not to ruin this relationship. I look at him up and down, pausing at his neck. I notice 2 little dots right behind the collar bone.
Brennen- oh, those are just freckles
Y/N- they look like scars
Colby- and why would he have scars there? Weirdo
I blush, nod and continue walking. I only have one street to go and then I can run to my room. I chit chat until I get to the house, where I go straight to my room, not knowing I had a follower. I sat at my desk and looked at myself in the mirror
Y/N- what am I supposed to do? I think I like him.. like a lot. But I don't get that kind of feeling.
I sigh and cover my face. I haven't felt emotions like this for a long time...
Y/N- but it's just different around Colby... the feeling he makes me feel
