Staring fan

*Dan's pov

"Bye Dan!" the cashier yelled to us as we left

"Bye!" both me and Riley say

I gave her a big tip just cause (lolzor, that's what she said xDD)

Both me and Riley made our way down the block, admiring the scenery. We walked around, looking at all the cars that pasted. We finally sat down on a park bench after about twenty minutes of countinueses walking. The second we sat down it looked like Riley was about to cry

"Everything alright Riley?" I ask concernly

She ignores me.

I raise one eyebrow.

A simple tear rolls down her cheek.

"No" she mumbles so inaudibley

"What wrong sweetie?"

"Don't you ever call me that a again unless ill snap you neck" she mumbles and slightly laughs at the same time

I give a small chuckle

"I'm really worried Dan...about Phil..."

"He'll be fine, don't worry" I say with a smile

"That didn't sound so convincing..." she slightly laughs

"Everything will be just fine Riley" I say with a smile

She smiles

"Thanks Dad"

"No problem" I smile

We have been sitting on this bench for a solid ten minutes, daydreaming. The sound of teenage girls snapped both mine, and what seems to be, Riley's daydreams out of reality.

"Oh...my...god" one of the girls in the group of three announced

"Are you danisnotonfire?!?" another one asks

"In the flesh" I say with a small side smile

*Riley's pov

A group of teenage girls came up to us, snapping me out of my daydream. One of them asks if Dan was Danisnotonfire
No shit honey

They squealed with joy after he smiled

One girl in the group kept staring at me...but it wasn't like a regular creepy stare...it was like she death glare.

The one you get if you've done something wrong.

She kept on staring at me
What the hell did I do?!?!

I kept on hearing Dan talk but I didn't really pay attention to what he was speaking.

"So where do you guys live?" he asked

"Y'know that apartment building right down the road on the left side?" she asks

He nods

"Well, we're all best friends that live in that building"

His eyes opened in slight shock, but the girls didn't notice
Isn't that where WE live?

"Oh...cool..." trying to keep his calm

The girl kept on staring at me, with hatred filled in her eyes.

"Who's the girl?" one of them asks

"Oh..."

He was thinking of what to say

"Uh...She's my..."

"...My cousin, she's staying over for a little bit" he says trying to be convincing

Notice how I said trying

All the girls seemed fine but the one that kept on staring at me looked suspicious

Dan and the girls kept on talking for a while until they said they had to go. Dan waved bye to them as they ran out of our sight.
There's awfully strange bout that girl...and I don't know what...

I started school at 9:15 and Its snowing like crazy and we're supposed to get there at 9:05
It's 9:05 now and we're still about a good 15 minutes away...
