3rd person pov

"Do you know what weakness is Damian?" Talia asked, pacing in front of her son slowly. Damian tried not to tremble under her gaze.

"Love. Love is weak. It makes you weak." She said. Damian swallowed, glancing back at the red headed boy behind him.

"Don't look at him." Talia snapped. Damian flinched.

"Apologies Mother." Damian said softly.

"You see? You speak quietly and can't meet my eyes. This boy has made you weak and pathetic Damain." Talia snapped, pointing to Colin.

"Yes mother I understand, I'll break up with him immediately." Damian said sadly.

"That's not good enough, you need to remember what happens when you love." Talia said, stalking up to Colin who tried looking brave while heavily chained to a wall. "Which is why I've arranged his execution."

"E-Execution-! Mother no! Please!" Damian cried. Colin was white as a sheet. "Mother please, I'm begging you!" Damian cried, rushing to stand in front of his lover.

"Enough Damian. Move before I make you kill him." Talia snapped, drawing a blade. Damian didn't back down.

"Don't kill him! Please don't Mother!" He begged, hugging Colin close to himself.

"Damian move." Her voice sneered harshly.

"Damian, just listen to her. I don't want you getting hurt." Colin whispered into his lover's neck. Damian shook his head, hugging Colin tighter.

"No, no, I can't let her kill you!" Damian cried. Colin brought his head up from Damian's neck to look him in the eyes.

"Dami, it's okay." He smiled weakly. "I'll always be with you."

Damian looked into Colin's electric blue eyes that shone with both fear and love. His own eyes burned with tears as he cupped Colin's face.

Damian pressed their lips together in his first kiss, wanting nothing more than to never part. Colin kissed back, a little surprised but enjoyed it nonetheless.

"DAMAIN!" Talia roared. She grabbed Damian by the arm, yanking him away.

"No!" Damian cried before he was shoved to the ground.

Assassins held him in place, kneeling before Colin and his mother. He struggled with all his might as tears cascaded down his cheeks and Talia readied her blade.

"Mother! I beg of you! Don't kill him please!" He sobbed.

"This is for your own good Damian." Talia said. Colin flashed him one last smile before the blade was driven through his heart.

"NO!" Damian screamed. Colin's eyes went wide and he coughed blood before his body fell limp in the chains.

"COLIN!" Damian cried, the assassins released him but he stayed on his knees. He sobbed as he gazed at his lover's body. Talia walked toward him, tipping his head up with her blade.
