Luna Lovegood. The nicest person in Hogwarts. Everybody loves her, she is sweet, kind and funny, it was fourth year and the tri-Wizard tournaments were almost here. Right now I'm sitting through a lecture about how to dance because the Yule ball is soon and I want to ask Luna. But I'm afraid she'll reject me see I'm in Ravenclaw house and I share a dorm with her, she's always extra nice to me I don't know why maybe it's because I'm bullied by Draco Malfoy and his goons a lot. I can't stop thinking about her she's always in my mind whenever I'm thinking of something else it will go straight back to Luna. I sit next to her at the Ravenclaw table when she's not at the Griffindoor table. I sit next to cho as well. She knows I like Luna and she keeps telling me to ask her to the Yule ball but I'm afraid. The teacher tells us to get up and find a dancing partner I get up and I looked around. People already found a partner. Luna comes up to me and says "Hello y/n! Would you like to be my partner?" I blush and quickly nod, I take the lead and I put my hands on her waist and she puts her hands on my shoulders, we start dancing around. "Are you alright y/n? You seem a little flustered?" I blush even more red and say "I'm fine Luna thank you for asking, I was wondering would you maybe like to go to the Yule ball with me?" She gives me one of those adorable smiles "of course y/n I would love to go with you." I pick her up and spin her around and she giggles and I set her back down. Class ends and I bid my goodbyes to get ready, Luna was going to leave to go to ginnys dorm to go change their so we don't see each other's dress before the ball actually starts. I start pacing around my dorm room who as I said share with Luna and cho, cho gets up and stops me "you're going to March to that closet, put on the dress and make yourself even prettier than you already are and you're going to go see Luna and dance with her, now get!" She shoves me to the closet and I quickly get out my clothes and take a shower I put on my dress

You come out and cho's already dressed, she looks at you at her mouth drops she squeals and tells you how beautiful you look, you just blush a little and you guys start walking towards the great hall cho talking about Cedric when we all know she fancies Harry Potter, we go down the steps and I see Luna in her beautiful dress and my heart races, I look down to hide my blush as we end at the bottom of the stairs she took my hand and said "you look beautiful y/n, as do you cho I'm sure Cedric will love it" she smiles, my heart could literally burst rn if it was anyone else I would be in my bed. (Lol me) we walked into the great hall, it looked so magical it made me smile and enjoy being there, "you look gorgeous Luna" I brushed a piece of hair behind her ear as I saw a blush spread across her white cheeks. I laughed and took her hand before she could say a word and we started dancing, we were just looking at each other, happy to be in each other's presence. "I don't know if you know this love, but I like you, you're beautiful and so smart, and you're so kind, that's what I love most about you, how sweet you are. I looked down trying to hide my blush, but she laughed "I know y/n, every time you talk to me or I talk to you, you look down hiding your face so I don't see your blush, you become more figity and nervous. I myself can hide it better, I like you to y/n." I hesitate but lean in as she leans in as well and kiss her, the song ends and we're both tired so we walk back to our dorm room, after we're both done changing I say "Luna love? Would you like to cuddle?" She blushes and nods, I take grab her hand and take her to my bed, I lay down and she lays down next to me and we spoon her being the little spoon and me being the big spoon and we both fell asleep only minutes after laying down.
