TODAY WAS THE DAY that Lacie was returning home to Avonlea after a year. After writing to her family about the death of her late husband Thomas Walker, she decided that she needed to return home as there was nothing to do in Toronto
Over the past year Lacie has grown to be the most prettiest women in the land. She often times wore her hair up like how a grown women should have but most times she wore it down as she was still a teenage girl.
Before she moved back home to Avonlea. She found out she was pregnant with her and Thomas first child, of course Lacie was thrilled but she didn't want to handle this on her own so that's another reason why she returned back to Avonlea.
Lacie was on the train to Avonlea as the excitement inside her was filled with electricity. When the train arrived to Avonlea she quickly grabbed her things and boarded off the train. And when she did she saw her older sister there along with a grown man, Lacie engulfed her dear sister in a hug.
"I can't believe your actually here," said LeAnn as pulled away from her sister
"I know it's so unreal anyway where everyone I want to surprise them?"
"There at the lake doing some hockey game, Jane said that whenever you got in to join them,"
Lacie smiled
"Thanks oh and please take my luggage back home I must surprise everybody," said Lacie as she picked up her long blue dress and she walked to the lake

After the walk to the lake, Lacie stood behind a bush waiting for the right moment to appear. As she was looking forward a figure walked passed her.. it was Anne
"Anne," whispered Lacie, as the red headed girl now turned auburn turned around. And when she saw Lacie she suppressed a squeal before running over to her
"Lacie is that you?" Asked Anne she hugged her Lacie nodded her head
"Yep it's me," said Lacie as she presented herself, Anne looked at the girl
"Wow you look so much older for a 16 year old," said Anne as she smiled "come we must tell everyone that your here," said Anne as she dragged the girl towards everyone, as she arrived she saw that ruby who was supposed to be recording the game wasn't
