IT WAS THE WEEK BEFORE THE wedding and it was all over town, Lacie was sitting at her and janes desk with the other girls gathered around talking about the big day. Today was in fact Lacies last day and she wanted to spend every minute of it with her friends.
"I can't believe your getting married next weekend," gushed ruby as she squealed,
"Yea billy isn't to happy about it, you should see his room," said Jane as she looked at every girl individually ending it with Lacie who laughed
"What's in his room?" Asked Lacie as she was curious
"Don't tell him I told you but... he apparently has a shrine of you in his room, it's disgusting," said Jane as she made a disgusted face, Lacie laughed before stopping
"Wait... why does he have a shrine of me in his room?" Asked Lacie
"Isn't it obvious... he likes you!" Said Anne, even tho Anne hated billy she always had a love for romance especially love triangles
After Anne said that Josie walked in staring at the girls
"What are you guys talking about?" Asked Josie as she had a little bit of jealousy in her voice
"Oh we were talking about the wedding of Lacie and Thomas that's happening next weekend," said Tillie as she squealed
"Wait.. you girls didn't hear?" Asked Josie as she looked at every girl's individually
Lacie who looked at Jane was confused
"What do you mean? What's happened?
"Thomas went missing, Misses Cuthbert saw someone take him yesterday as she was leaving Rachel's,"
After Josie said that Lacie sunk in her chair, does this mean that the wedding was being postponed?

It has been a few hours and lacie was walking home by herself from school, she always walked with Jane But this time, Lacie wanted to walk by herself to think.
As Lacie arrived home she saw her sister and zack in the parlor. LeAnn looked up at her sister and pulled her arms out and within seconds Lacie ran to her sisters arm and sobbed
"It's ok, mother and father are down at the police station along with Thomas parents,"
"I don't get it.. who would take a boy?" Asked Zack as he sat next to Lacie
