Angel was currently in his bedroom. He was looking down at his phone, sitting on the edge of his bed.
Molly was in the room as well, sitting at Angel's vanity. She was doing her makeup, currently applying eyeliner.
Molly noticed Angel looking down at his phone, a worried and confused look on his face. "What's wrong, hon?" Molly asked.
Angel shook his head, not taking his eyes off of his phone. "I just- Val's been cutting me off of work for a week now... And now I'm seeing a new girl doing all the things I should be doin'," Angel said softly. Molly just smiled. "Ain't that I good thing? That fuck-face ain't touchin' you anymore. He got some other broad," Molly said, laughing, but she stopped when she saw the frown on his face through the mirror.
Molly finished the eyeliner before turning around, looking at Angel.
"Sugar? Talk to me," Molly said softly. Angel pursed his lips together, then sighed. "I-I dunno... I just- I'm- I'm Val's favorite... I've been his favorite for years... And I was everyone's favorite... And I guess... I just don't get why someone is takin' my spot," Angel said quietly, trailing off a few times as he found his words.
Molly frowned, looking down.
Angel had only been obsessed with his job because he was everyone's favorite. He was unintentionally filling the huge hole in his heart that their late mother and their abusive father left in him...
"Hun..." Molly said quietly. She stood up and walked closer to her brother. She cupped Angel's cheeks and made his lookup. "You're always my favorite love-bug," Molly said before she planting a kiss on Angel's forehead. Angel smiled a little, chuckling. "Thanks, Molls," he said.
Molly knew that Angel still hated that he felt like if he was being replaced. Even if Molly tried, she'd never fill up that hole that was left in him.
There was a knock on the door, which got the spider's attention.
Angel stood up from his bed and made his way over to his door.
He opened the door and looked outside to see none other than the demoness Rosie.Angel's eyes lit up with rage. "YOU...!" Angel seethed through gritted his, his eyes growing dark as he eyed the women.
Rosie smirked upon seeing Angel. "Angel, dear. So good to see you," Rosie said, earning a hard glare from the spider. Angel was about to close the door but stopped when it was cracked as Rosie spoke.
"Alastor has asked me to fetch you," Rosie said. Angel's eyes grew soft and he opened the door. "Al wants me?" Angel asked. "Unfortunately, yes," Rosie said, then Angel glared at her again. "The hell do ya mean 'unfortunately'?" Angel sneered, then Rosie smiled more. She put her right hand over the mouth, looking away with just her eyes. "You are such a lowly demon... And a contracted one... I don't see what Alastor sees in you nor why he'd want to keep such a halfwit attached to himself," Rosie said. Angel's eyes lit up with rage. "You really wanna-"
Angel stopped talking when he felt Molly walk up behind him.
Rosie saw Molly and just blinked. She tilted her head to the sighed and raised an eyebrow.
"Molly, honey? What are you doing with such a demon?" Rosie asked. "I should be askin' ya why yer here?" Molly asked.
Angel looked at Rosie, then at Molly. "You know this witch?" Angel asked. Rosie glanced at Angel, then looked at molly. "You know this simpleton?" Rosie asked quickly after Angel, not paying any mind to the insult Angel threw at her.
"I uh... Rosie, hun, this is my brother- Tony, this is my girlfriend," Molly explained.
It took only a few seconds for both Rosie and Angel's eyes to lit up. "You're related to such a thing?" "The fuck are you with this bitch for?!" Rosie and Angel spoke at the same time, then glared at each other.
