I walk over to a window and hop out of it with no effort. I was on the first floor so it was super easy.

I took a large breath of the fresh air and made sure I had everything in my bag and once I was sure I began to run off campus and to the subway. Finally I had made it to Chen's, the familiar scent of blood, sweat, and tears filled my nose. I felt my worries slightly disappear, it was like I had just walked back into an old dream. I heard a familiar voice call my name, I turned to see the owner Shinra Chen.

He is an 82 year old man with pale wrinkly skin, he had dark brown eyes and grey hair. He was short, around 5'2. He had a warm smile and joyful expression, his old eyes were cold but had a certain determination to them. I smiled at the sight of him, "Hey gramps, how ya doin?" I ask casually. "I'm well, but shouldn't you be in school? It's only the middle of the day." He scolded lightly. He then started to notice the tear marks on my cheeks, his face softened and he sighed. "Alright champ go change, your uniform is in your locker and I assume Kyotani will be joining you seeing as though you guys never come here alone?" He said smiling while pointing over his shoulder with his thumb to the locker rooms. I nod and quickly change into my usual clothes.

I quickly change into my usual uniform and make my way to the punching bags and I begin to warm up. I then hear the ding of the bell at the door and I see the familiar glare of brown eyes and blonde hair. I grin slightly, I get up from doing pull ups and walk over to him and warp him in a small hug. "Hey puppy, it's been awhile? How have you been?" I ask him, smirking at the nickname. He growls and swats me away, "Stop calling me that, you know I can't stand that name!" He growls angrily. I can't help but laugh at him, he is like an angry toddler. "Alright go change and meet me in the ring, I don't know what it is but, your face looks extra punchable today." I say loudly as a proud smirk dances on my lips.

After about 5 minutes he comes out in his uniform, without his shirt I can see just how much mussel he has grown since about 6 months ago, I must say I'm impressed.

I admired his body in its glory, he had really grown since all those months. If I didn't see him in a brotherly light I would have tried to shoot my shot already. There is no denying he is a handsome man, one that was truly reaching for his goals.
"Are you just going to stare dumbass or are we going to beat the shit out of each other?" He said, smirking. I rolled my eyes at his attempts to poke fun at me, I felt more of the weight slip off my shoulders. It has always been like this, we fight, scream, laugh, and sometimes a little crying is involved. But no matter what, we always stayed friends.

I nodded my head and we made our way to the now empty ring, kyotani started stretching and loosening up. I sigh and start to shadowbox myself out of boredom, I want to get this over with and finally get my mind completely off of all these feelings swarming inside my stomach. Finally Kyotani finishes warming up and turns to me with a blank expression.
