Gideon and Dai were still nervous and getting more and more as the minutes passed but somehow both had a feeling that something would happen, they just didn't know what yet.
Dai didn't have classes today so she went out with her best friend. They hadn't been together in a while and they missed each other.
Dai told her about what she was planning for the date and she couldn't stop talking about Gideon. Her best friend liked to see her happy, something that she missed seeing.
They were just hanging out in a park, drinking coffee, catching up.
"Are you sure you're ready for the L bomb?" Her best friend asked.
"I mean, I am nervous, there is no denying it. And I have this feeling, I don't know how to explain it. But even with all this, I still feel like I should be honest with my feelings, you know? He deserves it."
Dai's friend wasn't convinced but she let the conversation slip because she didn't want to upset her dear friend.
And that's how they spent their day, talking and talking.
