'4 years later'

Luca Olivia styles and Teddy olive styles started school. Perrie became pregnant with zayns baby. And niall and Liam are trying for a baby after they found out niall was a carrier. Zayn proposed to Perrie.

'4 years 9 months later'

Perrie gave birth to a beautiful baby girl name ella Malik. niall hit his 5 month pregnancy mark. Liam proposed to niall and Perrie and Zayn got married.

'5 years and 1 month later'

Niall gave birth to a baby boy named Shane Payne. Niall and Liam got married 2 months before.

'15 years later'

Luca got her first boyfriend named Jordan. and Teddy got his first girlfriend named lauran. They both went off to college with.

'20 years later'

Louis and Harry renewed there vows and went on a second honeymoon.

'25 years later'

Teddy got married to Lauran and was pregnant with his baby. Luca got engaged to a Liam and Niall's son Shane.

Luca had her second baby which was a girl name Harriet. Louis and Harry became grandparents for the 3rd time.

'40 years later'

Zayn was in a fatal crash and died. Perrie was left a widow with there daughter.

'50 years later'

Niall passed away due to heart failure. Liam was left with there son.

'And now present time'

Louis and Harry were both 89 now. They were the few who were left. Although the both new there time wouldn't be far. They'd both lived their life's. And happy ones at that.

Infact louis' heart was giving out. He knew any day now it was his time to go.

He lay in bed next to Harry.
"Haz, I love you so much" he said looking into Harrys green orbs.
"I love you to boo" Harry said kissing louis' old lips.

They both settled down into bed and Harry wrapped his arms around louis stomach. He looked back at Harry weakly letting a year slip. Louis then opened the bedside draw and pulled a note out he'd written a few days back. He placed it onto the side and gave Harry one last glance. And muttered the word weakly.
"I-I love you haz, never let m-me go. I'll see y-you soon" he whispered.

He put his head down on to the pillow and let the tears fall, taking a deal breath knowing it was his last.

Harry woke and the sound of cries but he was to late.
"Boo are you ok" he asked. No reply.
"Lou??" He asked again.
Harry then shook louis body but nothing.

He spotted the note on the side.
