A few weeks after our shopping trip in Manchester, I'm hanging out with my friend group again. 

This time, the boys aren't there, so, naturally, we talk about them for longer than what seems sane. 

First, Penny tells us all about how Percy snogged her in the bathroom. "I know you all like to make fun of him for being a goody two shoes, but he really does know how to kiss." 

I roll my eyes. "Oh, yes, and in the bathroom, too. How romantic." 

"Shut up! It was romantic!" 

I laugh and shake my head. 

"Well, what did you and Oliver do?" she asks accusingly. 

"We ate at the cafeteria like a pair of 5th and 6th wheels." 

"What?" Candace tilts her head.

"Yeah, while you two lovebirds were off buying jewelry and Penny was getting her face snogged off in the bathroom," I explain. 

"Oh my God did you not know?" Ambria covers her mouth. 

"We didn't tell you!?" Candace grins. 

"Tell me what?" I frown. 

"That was a triple date, Laur." 

"Oh my God!" I clap my hand over my mouth. Everyone bursts out laughing. "I was on a date with Oliver Wood and I didn't even know it??" 

"Sorry, I could've sworn we told you," giggles Ambria. 

"What the hell!? Did he think it was a date, too??" 

"Well, yeah, we said 'triple date' in the invitation letter," Penny nods. 

"Shit!" I say, still shocked. 

"I'm sorry, Laur, I really thought you knew," Candace grins. 

"You need to tell Oliver that wasn't a date!" 

"I'm sure he figured it out; you tend to be quite unromantic most of the time," Penny says.

"Especially towards him," Ambria laughs. 

"I'm gonna vomit," I shake my head. "There's no way you guys set me up on a date with Oliver Wood." 

"Please- what's so bad about him?" Penny asks. 

"He's our quidditch rival!" 

"He's dead handsome," Candace shrugs. 

"Honestly, Laur, I think you'd be great with him," nods Penny. 

I shake my head and look away. I haven't talked to any of them about it, but I'm still really not ready to date after my rough breakup with Russell. 

"We're really sorry- honestly, we thought you knew," Ambria puts a hand on my shoulder. 

"No, it's fine," I shake my head, grinning. "He was flirting with me towards the end; I was so confused as to why." 

"Merlin, you are so absolutely oblivious sometimes." Candace shakes her head. 

"Shut up! You didn't tell me it was a date!" 

"What did he say? When he was flirting?" Ambria pulls her knees to her chest.
