AU: Happy Valentine's Day! :)

*Brian’s POV*

It is Valentine’s Day and Roger and I decided that we wanted to drive out of the city, away from the crowd.

We both got up early and quickly got our suitcases in the car. We just couldn’t wait to have so much time together alone in the woods.

Roger’s hair flowed as wind blew through his hair. He laid back comfortably with a smile plastered on his face. I sped up my car, almost at the line of speeding, feeling the thrill. Roger raised both his hands up in the air as if it were a concert, and screamed like a maniac. His gesture made me laugh and copy his moves. It feels good like this.

The band has been a little stressed when we had so many tours to do in a row. We love our fans. And as much as we love to perform, we all have limited energy. We just need to have a break sometimes.

I just love to see what nature brings to us. What messages would the birds tell us? Where does the wind want us to go? What flowers would be there to flash their beauty? What time would the sun feel sleepy and decide to drift off?

The weather is nice. A little chilly, but very sunny. A perfect day to go out and have a great time. Especially with a special someone.

Years ago, I couldn’t imagine being hopelessly in love with Roger. I always thought that we were just really good friends that we could be so open to each other wherever we go. I remembered the time when we first watched porn and masturbated in his house together, almost getting caught by his parents. Ah, now what crazy things we have already done.

Roger is also the first person that made me realize how beautiful I actually am. Making me step out of my comfort zone. Making me gain some of the self confidence I lacked. Making me see myself as one in a million.

I just love Roger so much it actually hurts. I couldn’t think about what would happen if I were to lose him.

When we got there, I parked my car somewhere near where we were staying and took the stuff out of the car. Roger’s suitcase was so heavy that I almost lost my balance just by trying to take it out.

“Bloody hell! What did you pack in there?”

  “What are you complaining about?”

“This is only a two-day trip, Rog-”

  “So stop complaining.”

I rolled my eyes at him while he laughed and smacked me in the arm causing me to let go of his suitcase. It made a huge “bang” when it hit the ground, frightening the both of us. Not one of our dates has been not chaotic.

“Okay, I won’t. Even your suitcase said so.”

We both finished settling our stuff, making sure that we were good to go. When we were assured of everything, Roger grabbed me by the arm and ran as fast as he could. I almost tripped on my own legs trying to keep up with his abrupt acceleration.

  “Hey! Slow down!”

  “THERE IS NO SLOWING DOWN!”

He finally let go of my hand and I was able to regain my balance to its normal state. I followed him running around the woods. We ran around trees, danced around the flowers, rolled along paths of fresh green grass.

We had fun shouting and screaming loudly. Nobody there would be protesting how loud we were because there was nobody. There were only Roger and I. Just the two of us occupying what seemed like the whole place.
