"Merlin!" I yelped as Elijah wrapped his hand around my upper right arm and pulled me into the empty potions class.
"You know when a twin wishes to speak to another they usually meet for tea or something!" I snap and jerk my arm out of Elijah's tight grip.
His icy blue eyes bore into mine as he glared and let his hand fall back down onto his side. He stepped further into the classroom and gestured for me to sit down at one of the tables.
"Well we are not normal twins Fawn" Elijah spat and turned his back to me as I sat down in the usual seat Lily and I sat at. But it felt weird not to feel the usual heat that came from having James and Sirius behind me. Not to hear the usual sniggers and calls of my name in my ear as the breeze from the open window brushed by my shoulder. Not to have my cloak tugged and balls of rolled parchment thrown at the back of my head that held secret messages that made me giggle.
"Yeah, normal twins like each other" I smirk and push a strand of my brown hair behind my ear as I watched Elijah turn to me and send me another glare.
What else was new?
"Fuck off" he spat aggressively and leaned against the table he usually sat at with his friend Rosier. That table being on the other side of the bloody room and as far from me as possible.
"Did you ask me here to piss me off? Because you're getting there very quickly 'lijah" I scoffed with a roll of my eyes and leaned back into the seat.
"No I asked you here for answers" He sneered and learned forward as if trying to intimate me. But alas I think the ink haired boy forgot he was on the other side of the bloody room.
"I thought you had all of those" I hummed sarcastically and proceeded to drape my right leg over my left as I started to get comfortable in my seat. I had a feeling I'd be here a while. I did feel a twinge of guilt in my stomach at the way I presented myself and acted around Elijah but I couldn't help but be rude to him. He deserved it. He didn't deserve my usual kindness and sensitivity. He has broken my trust multiple times and I was no longer going to be vulnerable around him.
