She is fluent in German, French, Italian, and Latin, but she speaks only English at home.
Princess Amelia, her youngest sister, died of Tuberculosis at the age of 15.
She is skilled in the pianoforte, and enjoys to sketch.
Princess Caroline of Brunswick, Princess of Wales, is her cousin and her sister-in-law, since she is married to her brother The Prince Regent. And Princess Caroline's mother, Princess Augusta, Duchess of Brunswick, was the sister of King George III.
