Girl meets New Boy (Short Chapter)

Lucas and I were walking around while at lunch since we weren't that hungry and we're going out to eat after school ;) but we noticed a boy walking around and realized he was new. We walked over to him

"Hey, you're new right?" I asked him nicely and he turned to us and smiled.

"Does it show..?" He asked and Lucas chuckled

"A small bit, I mean you are trying to find your class in the middle of lunch." He says making us all laugh.

"I'm Liam Carter"

"I'm Deja but you can call me Dee and this cowboy is Lucas Friar." I said while Liam looked at Lucas before recognition hit.

"Oh my gosh Luke! Remember me I'm Li Li from Elementary. I had a bowl cut" he said and Lucas looked at him shocked while I was smirking at the upcoming sight of bromance.

"Woah Liam! It's been forever. We lost contact when you moved" Lucas said

"Yeah I had lost your number during the move. Wow small world huh?" Of course I had to tease the two cowboys.

"Aww two cowboys reunited, just warms my hearts!" I said wiping fake tears as they rolled their eyes at me playfully.

"So who do you have as your teacher after lunch?" I asked leaning on Lucas as he placed his arm on my shoulder. Liam looked at his schedule

"Mr. Matthews" he says

"You got lucky, you're with us cowboy. Let's go" We started walking to the classroom, we were late but we were going go use Liam as an excuse.

Cory was about to start class when he noticed that Deja and Lucas weren't in class.

"Where's Ms. Walker and Mr. Friar?" He asked the two girls who were best friends with said person. But all he got was a shrug

"They weren't at lunch" Riley stated and before Cory could say anything, the door opened. Everyone looked to see Deja in the middle of Lucas and unknown boy. Riley looked at him and started giggling uncontrollably and Cory looked at Riley

"Oh boy" he said before turning to his late students.

"Why are you guys late to my class?" He asked, trying to act "tough" but was failing.. terribly

"Cory please stop you look constipated" Deja said making
everyone in the class snicker. He glare at her while she smiled.

"This is Liam Carter from Texas" Deja paused and winked at Maya who smirked and winked back while Lucas started groaning.

"He's your new student. We were showing him around a bit before coming back to class. If you try to give us a detention, I'll snitch to mama Topanga." Cory had a scared face

"Alright alright welcome Mr. Carter, have a seat."

He nodded before sitting behind Riley who was looking at him. Liam just smiled at her, nearly making her pass out. Cory saw this and started panicking

"Oh boy.."
