The next morning, I woke up in darkness, the curtains were shut and so I shut my eyes again. Bits and pieces of last night began to flash in my head. I was so stupid, to let myself breakdown like that in front of someone, and not just someone, my panther Xzaiver.
I can't believe this, what am I going to do now. I wish I never went to that stupid ball. But I saw someone, I saw those eyes, those eyes that looked into mine whilst he pulled the final trigger on my father.
But there no way, no way he could get into there. What if he was closer than I thought, what if he wasn’t hiding and instead, was just waiting to be found. I can't think about his, I'll just have to pretend, the hangover made me forget everything that happened.
I look at the time and sighed, I'm going to have to get up now. Today I am hosting a party, what a coincidence that it would be the day right after the ball. I am going to be exhausted after all this.
I've been planning this party for months, me and sage picked everything. But this wasn’t just an ordinary party, this party was going to involve a lot of blood. The guy who came to my warehouse, a couple of months ago, I found his leader and turns out he was a, amateur just trying to steal a few supplies.
Well, I've invited him and his whole family to the team. This will probably be one of his last parties he will attend ever again. Well, unless he makes it out alive that is. I probably should inform Xzaiver about this, but I wanted to handle my personal problems on my own. I walk down my stairs, and suddenly, I stop, feeling some sort of pain in my heart. I have been feeling occasional appearances of this pain since a noticeably early age.
When I got to the bottom of the stairs I sat down. Damn it, I've had this checked out so many times, but the pain never goes away. I am going to have to force myself to get up and carry on, so I get up and get dressed, ready to make sure all my men were ready for tonight.
Tonight was going to be so much fun, I couldn’t wait.
