Nicole's knee bounced anxiously. They were about 20 minutes from the airport and the nerves were kicking in.

Clay looked over at the girl and saw her shrink into her seat. In attempt to calm her down, he reached his hand over and rested it on her knee.

Nicole looked down at it and smiled to herself.

As she was humming along to the radio, her phone buzzed.

"Monster."

"Kidney failure in a can."
