To Know Love, is to Touch the Face of God

What is often engraved in the stars

Is neither written by God, nor man, nor beast―

It's summoned by Love, the most imposing of all avatars.

For Love is the author of all things, and the highest feast!

Who thinks he discerns God, or knows not the godly,

And who recognizes not love can never hope

To understand what is conviction. That person oddly

Recognizes he is not a part of the vigorous scope

Of the universe, an imposing deception of being.

The knowledgeable often marvel this or that, nay it's a portal

To hence, or prior, never once to wonder who is King,

What is, or causes reality, or what is beyond immortal.

What is seen, what is touched, is Unknowable?

Walk the halls of the Kingdom of Thought,

Wiggle your noses, you sullen fools, see what's substantial,

For what is important is what your mind brought.
