Silence was the major element of this court but today was different. They were debating today. Curses flew like air in the heavens from each of its inhabitants’ mouths. They knew well that time was running and still they chose to waste it on conversations without a wise edge.

“SILENCE!” Zeus’ loud voice echoed in the beautiful white mansion. A girdle of thunder could be heard in the nearby clouds too. All the immortals settled in their respective seats and stayed shut, shooting daggers with there eyes at the opposite members.

“Can you elaborate her once again brother?” Zeus asked for the tenth time, massaging his forehead. He hated it, this assenly. All the twelve majors were a headache in his opinion. All he wanted was to cuddle up with Elora or perhaps Ganemede.

Can't a God even have peace?

As a matter of fact, peace(rest) was all he had. It was all he did when there were wars, earthquakes and cyclones on Earth.

“Does she entertain you so much!” The divinity grinned, Zeus rolled his grey eyes and closed them once again.

“Would you do us the grace then, Lady Amphitrite?” A small smile graced his lips after saying this. Lady Amphitrite of course was a marvellous beauty and he had always had this great desire to bed her which had been very difficult due to her boldness and loyalty.

“No!” Poseidon protested and stood up, his indigo attire swaying with the movement.

“The girl seemed to radiate an aura I tell you, a strong aura of power, beauty and comfort. Her hair were star white with a hint of blue in them. She had a peculiar scar over her left eye, a cresent moon in shape and her-”

“Oh shut up Poseidon, you know we can see her once we get her. What was special about her?”

“She picked up his trident.” Amphitrite said, siting at her throne beside Posiedon. He shot a glance at her direction and she smirked at her husband.

“Thank you sister-in-law. It would have taken an enitre day for your husband to say this line.” Zeus chuckled. Poseidon huffed and sat back on his throne.

“How is it possible?” The man sitting opposite to Poseidon muttered. His gorgeous forest green eyes showing agony. He wore a crisp black suit. One hand carressed his short and perfect beard while the other was wrapped around the Goddess sitting beside him.

“Who might she be?” The Goddess thought out loud. Her voice increasing the beauty of the place. She turned her gleaming purple eyes towards the queen of the skies.

“Could she be a-”

“No! Its not possible.” Zeus cut his wife before she could utter the word but the word itself wasn’t alien to anyone.

“But that’s the only way she picked up the trident.” The man in black said, frowning a bit and staring intently at Zeus.

“That’s not all Hades, we all know very well that our brother here is a terrible drunk. He could have done something to the pen. Or the pen might not even be the tirdent but just a normal pen!” Zeus's voice raised.

Hades wanted to protest, all of them did but there was this thick tension in the room which choked all the twelve deities present.

Zeus stood up from his seat, “She could be a witch. None of this conversation must leave my temple, am I understood?” He commanded. The voice depicting all his strength, all his glory at once and the element which he tried to hide as well, anxiousness.

Everyone nodded their heads in agreement to their king. A shinning lightning bolt materialized in his hand. He stomped it in the pristine floor and with a flash of lightning blinding the viewers, he was gone.

“Phew, I thought I would never get to leave for bathroom.” Poseidon mused and vanished with a gush of water enveloping his frame. Amphrite smiled at her family members and faded as well.

“After you, my beautiful bride.” Hades reached out for Persephone as both of them transported with a puff of black and purple smoke and all the other Gods followed their leads. The void temple radiated power yet again and scarlett smoke materialised a gorgeous goddess, her maroon dress trailing behind.

She smirked and muttered to herself, “Don’t worry my lord, this information isn’t new to us yet.”
