Question of the chapter: Have you ever had a pet, what's its name?

I groaned as the bell rang out of my room, informing me that it was about time to go practice. For the first time in my existence I had been delighted to wake up the entire night. Morpheus laid sleeping beside me while I stared at each edge of his heavenly face. It was a great feeling of safety and happiness when I was near him. I felt complete. But now was the time to leave. I pulled away gently from his embrace but that woke him up. I bit my tongue as he grabbed my wrist with one hand and rubbed his eyes with the other.

“My sweet Silver. Where are you running to?”

I chuckled on his use of words and planted a soft kiss on his neck, “It's time for the training with Lady Artemis, Morpheus. I need to leave.”

His eyes shot open at once. I was spellbound again to the purple jewels.

“You fight with Artemis!” There was a hint of rage and surprise in his voice. I nodded my head.

“But you looked unsancthed yesterday?”

“I think the water heals me.”

We both looked at the pool filled with flowers I didn’t know about. When I turned back to face him, he surprised me with a kiss. It was heaven to be honest, a mere touch of his skin on mine made me fly over the moon. I was all his.

“Hold the sword to the level of your waist and part your legs. Haven’t I taught you that yesterday!” The roaring voice of the Goddess of hunting echoed in the colosseum filled with the King and Queen of the underworld along with Hecate, Hypnos, Morpheus and Epialus. For some reason, I didn’t wish to embarrass myself today.

‘Please return to me without being injured by my love.’

Morpheus had literally begged me and I intended to complete the promise. Our weapons clashed as she soared the air with her sword towards me.

Before I could pull it back for another move, she slid it under my feet and I jumped sub-conciously followed by ducking the sword. She twisted and aimed for my neck but I blocked it just in time. I could feel my eyes flash colours and I shot a sharp attack on her side which was easily blocked. But the impact left her shaken. I took the advantage and projected my dagger towards her feet. She jumped and my distraction worked as I marked a long slice on her arm. Rich ichor tainted the soil before she healed. She smirked and our audience gasped but I was barely in the present now, my mind was taken over and the locket on my neck was feeling heavier. I throwed the weapon towards her and she ducked, followed by kicking my feet and pointing the sharp weapon on my neck but it was just a matter of time when her sword twisted on the action of my powers. I smirked as my leg soared in the air and kicked her guts, she stumbled backwards but returned the action with similar fury. I spatted blood as she kicked my stomach but refused to give up.

“Very. well.” She said while kicking, “So. Now. you. Are. going. To. cheat.”

I held her leg when she made it a little late and pulled it. She fell on the floor with a loud thump. I stood tall, wiping the blood off my face. My hair flew and my eyes glowed, power was taking over my weak mind until a piercing metal touched my skin. Everyone shouted. I turned to find Lord Apollo on the gate.

My mouth fell open and I fell on the ground.

“Sister!” He shoted from there. Artemis sat up and glared at him grimly.

“What in the underworld was that brother. She’s an important human.” She ran towards me and pulled out the blade. I let out a scream.

“And I don’t need a man’s help, be it my brother.”

I could feel a strange feeling on the wound like the nerves were going back. Artemis gasped. I turned to look at her face and found that it did not hurt a bit.

“My lady?”

“You, you are healing. How?”

I blinked thrice. I was healing. Why? And I must have blanked out by now but I was still alright, free of any vertigo or nausea.

“Silver!” Morpheus ran towards me, taking me in his arms. I let him do that. I was so tired.

“What happened?” Hades and Persephone materialized beside me in black shadows.

“Is she supposed to heal? She’s not a direct Demi-goddess to a God and neither has she been immortal by now?” Artemis’ eyebrows knitted together while staring at me. I spared a glance at the fuming Apollo and then ducked back in Morpheus’ embrace. If looks could kill.

“Who was taking care of you before you came here Silver?” Hades questioned.

“Meroi was,” I said meekly. My heart hurt at the mention of my lost friend.

“Who’s Meroi?” Artemis asked, raising a delicate eyebrow.

“She’s one among the fifty daughters of Selene.”

“No Silver.” Persephone spoke for the first time. Taking my hand in hers.

“There is no one named Meroi in Olympus.” My jaw dropped.

“B-but, she said she was and she healed my wounds and she told me about some Gods and the stories.”

“That means it's one of the Gods, my sweet but in disguise.” Morpheus stroked my hair and that did comfort me for a small second.

“But who and why?” I whispered.

Persephone gasped, “Do you think that they made her immortal?”

“There’s only one way to know.” Artemis said and before anyone could protest she slashed my stomach. I let out a pained scream. Morpheus growled at her but the wound healed and I did not die.

I was immortal now?

═━━━━◈━━━━═
So...My Silver. Is. IMMORTAL NOW!!!
But how?
Any guesses?

As they said, Meroi aka Momus made her immortal. The ritual for making a person immortal is that they are laid on fire after covering them in Ambrosia(Gods' drink) and something like that. So Momus performed the rituals while she was asleep for 2 weeks.

But wait...Where is my weasle?

(PS: I have a siberian husky named Casper, he's a sweetheart)
