I cannot give you
Anything more
For you have taken
The parts of me
Which I have worked
So very hard forWhisked away
And stolen
By nothing but time
As it has been
A faultless friend

And the silence growing louder
I cannot help but feel
So incredibly tortured

These four white walls
Which I call my mind
Have made my demons
Crawl back inside
As shadows;
As a form of all my fears
Emptying and hollowing
Something out of nothingOh, I have given
Everything I have got
But it does not seem
To be anywhere near enough
