Thomas- He loves having your back at his chest and having his arm around you because you find it reassuring and protective.
Newt- Face to face. This way he can kiss you and play with your hair whenever he wants to.
Gally- you lay with your head on his chest and your arm around him. He has his arm wrapped around you and resting on your back. Your legs usually intertwined.
Minho- You both kick like crazy in your sleep. So you end up with intertwined legs and blankets in the floor. But you both love it.
