Percy's knee bounced up and down, watching the clock. Sally was going to drive him and Annabeth to Camp Half-Blood so Annabeth should be at his apartment right now. He couldn't wait to see her. Just one more class, he kept reminding himself. Finally the bell rang and he flew out of the school and to his apartment.
"Is Annabeth here?" He yelled, barging into the apartment. He walked into the kitchen and saw Annabeth sitting at the table talking to his mom. They both looked up at him. "Wise girl." He breathed out.
"Seaweed brain," she said. They ran up to each other and kissed, not caring that Sally was watching them. They were also not aware that she was smiling and thinking, wow they are totally in love.
