Percy sighed, getting out of his bed and heading outside his cabin. He hadn't been able to sleep for the last couple of days and it was starting to weigh on him. He leaned on the railling of his porch, holding his head in his hands when he saw the door to the Athena cabin open silently. He saw a figure slip out before heading toward the woods. What was an Athena camper doing up at 2am?

He decided to follow them. They led him to a big rock, where they sat down and stared off into the lake. Percy recognized this rock, it was where Annabeth and himself had carved their initials. Why was this person sitting on their rock? That's when it hit him that the figure was Annabeth. He saw her trace their initials with her finger and heard her whisper, "I love you seaweed brain."

He smiled and came out of his hiding spot and wrapped his arms around her and said, "I love you too wise girl." They stayed like that for the rest of the night.
