I don't usually write AN's but I wanted to add a disclaimer to be the beginning of my story. I originally wrote this for myself and was not going to publish it. This ended up being the first fanfic I ever finished writing, and because of that, I decided to publish it. When doing so, I didn't really think many others would be interested, and I'm overwhelmed and so grateful that so many of you are giving my story a shot!
The downside to this though is, there are quite a lot of spelling errors including some character names. When I wrote it for myself it did not matter. I've started going back in and editing the mistakes, and have gotten up until the chapter titled "The Incident" but after that, there are some pretty outrageous errors. Mostly Sirius being spelled as Serious, Viktor as Victor, and Cedric as Sedric. I think there's a good number of Gryffindors that are misspelled too.
If this unforgivable to you, and the cringe is too much, I completely understand and will not be offended or hurt if you decide not to give it a read. It is something I am currently working to fix, between publishing chapters for the second book in the series.
That all said I hope you enjoy the story and get a good laugh out of the cringy mistakes before they are gone! Some of the comments are pretty funny, especially surrounding Sirius and Cedric's names.
