Steph said "he is actually nice it's our adoptive parents who are the mean ones." then the whole story spilled out of her the voyage from the UK  her parents getting sick and dying and the quick adoption by the adoptive parents as soon as they landed in Halifax then she told us of all the abuse and pain that she and her brother go through on a regular basis "can I please report this to my dad?" I asked she smiled "I already did but your dad told me they did something worse..." then my dad came downstairs and pulled Steph aside he told her something and she started to cry then her brother also came downstairs and hugged her tightly. my dad left and they told us what my dad found out "my parents had arsenic in their systems our adoptive parents killed them because our mom was a trans male." we all hugged both of them "we will support you I Promise."
