The tyres screeched,

You hit the road,

So loud.

Everyone stopped,

They stopped.

You slipped beyond my reach,

Your hand hit the bed.

And I cried,

But you were dead.

You had left,

Me behind.

And it sucks,

That now I'm alone.

And there are rumours flying around the school,

But I don't care,

Because of what you did,

And now that you're gone.

What's the point in pretending that I care,

They leave after saying that they're here,

And it's midnight and I'm drunk on your smell,

That still lingers on my sheets.

That just sucks,

How you just died,

And I died inside.

What happened,

To being my ride or die.

The moniter beeped,

So annoying,

But then it stopped,

The line went flat.

And I cried,

And this sucks,

The words don't rhyme.

That just sucks,
